After 30 days, all sales are final and only the manufacturer warranty will apply
Returnable items can be brought to our showroom or shipped back by mail
All items considered for exchange or refund must be returned in "as new" condition, complete with all packaging materials in the original box and free of non-factory writing, stickers and address labels and packed inside another shipping box.
The clock box is NOT a shipping box.
The original receipt must accompany all merchandise to be considered for return. All returns are subject to inspection and we reserve the right to refuse any damaged merchandise.
All items must be insured and shipped pre-paid (we will not accept any COD shipments)
Shipping, duty, brokerage and insurance charges are non-refundable
We are not able to accept returns for a refund or credit from a gift recipient
