We DO NOT accept orders from outside of the Continental United States and Canada!

We DO NOT SHIP outside of the Continental United States and Canada!

.Shipping is free on all timepieces.

.Clocks will be shipped UPS Ground or the best way to the shipping address provided. Please allow 2 -10 business days for delivery.

.Other currier and expedited shipping is available upon request.

.To request a quote on the expedited shipping charge please call our toll free # at 1-877-511-1131 ( Mon-Sat: 9AM - 9PM EST )

.Merchandise must be paid in full prior to shipment.

Damaged Shipments

.Your shipment should be checked upon receipt

.If any cartons/boxes are missing or damaged, please note this on the freight bill.

.If your clock or a box has been badly damaged when it arrives, you should call us before you sign for it and/or refuse the delivery.

.If any damage is discovered after the driver has left, please keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to inspect the damage and file a claim.

.We are responsible for any product that has a defect in workmanship or materials but we are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.

.Any damage should be reported within 10 days. Defective merchandise will be replaced with a new, identical, item, upon return of the defective merchandise.

.All damage claims past 10 days will be refused.

.The original receipt must accompany all merchandise to be considered for refund, adjustment and/or warranty claims. All returns are subject to inspection and we reserve the right to refuse any merchandise.

.Shipping, duty, brokerage and insurance charges are non-refundable.

Back Orders

.If an item that you ordered is not available at the time the order was placed, you will receive an email notification of its expected availability date. You do not need to take any action unless you would like to cancel the order. We will notify you when the item becomes available and when it ships.
