Big Ben Clock Gallery will extend the original manufacturer's warranty to 4 years.

In the event of an extended warranty claim, we will pay for any repair your time piece may need. The maximum credit for a wall or mantel clock repair is $ 50.00 or we will pay for repair and shipping charges if the clock is sent to our service center. The maximum credit for a grandfather clock repair is $75.00.

Only 1 extended warranty claim per customer / timepiece.

In the event of a warranty claim, the original receipt must accompany all merchandise.

No return of merchandise will be accepted without our Return Authorization number.
