30 day Refund and Return Policy
Not happy with the purchase? Does not fit the decor? Not a problem. You may return your purchase for any reason within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or a full refund of the purchase price.

Return authorization must be received and included with the item being shipped for the credit.
Please include your order #, phone #, address & please state the reason for the return.
- No return of merchandise will be accepted without our Return Authorization number.
- Big Ben Clock Gallery offers 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee on every timepiece purchased.
- After 30 days, all sales are final and only the manufacturer warranty will apply.
- Returnable items can be brought to our showroom or shipped back by mail.

All items considered for exchange or refund must be returned in “as new” condition, complete with all packaging materials in the original box and free of non-factory writing, stickers and address labels and packed inside another shipping box.
(please note that the clock box is NOT a shipping box) - The original receipt must accompany all merchandise to be considered for return.
- All returns are subject to inspection and we reserve the right to refuse any damaged merchandise.
- All items must be insured and shipped pre-paid (we will not accept any COD shipments).
- Shipping, duty and import charges when shipped to Canada, are non-refundable.
- We are not able to accept returns for a refund or credit from a gift recipient.
